My role: Coordinator, Red Dress Gala
My responsibilities: Executed entire event (planning, execution, and post-event wrap up) for a 350-person event
The result: Raised $9,000 for the Alpha Phi Foundation, a 300% increase from the previous year
Designed marketing materials, maintained budget, solidified auction/raffle items, confirmed keynote speaker and organized guest list, menu, and seating chart
Organized event agenda and activities including a silent auction, raffle basket auction, gift card pull, 50-50 raffle, no-cost UPMC Health Screenings and a keynote speaker
